Winter White

“OH, NO! White pants!! But it’s December!” Don’t think you can wear white after Labor Day? Done right, that rule does not apply today! Monochromatic attire is everywhere and white on white is a great way to celebrate that winter is here! Keep it classy and clothe yourself with a silk or a satin white pant that screams HOLIDAY! When choosing a top, don’t stress whether or not the whites match each other. The trick is to use completely different textures. Playing with textures is a great way to camouflage the many shades of white (this also applies to colors too). Also, LAYER! When layering, the whites that are not the same shades will blend and the difference won’t be so obvious to the naked eye. A fun tip is to accessorize your look with all shades that compliment white, for example, grey, blush, metallic, etc. Now that you have the tools to wear this look, shake a leg and get a-moving!
